What the
archive
keeps.

01 / Field-level visibility

Sensitive knowledge stays off the public plane.

Records and individual fields support private, restricted, collaborators, and public states. Public locations may be generalized independently of private exact coordinates.

Exact GPS, camera serials, sensitive sites, and unpublished notes are removed by the server-side publication projection. They are not sent to the browser and are not hidden with CSS.

02 / Media credit

Plate 105 / Red-breasted Nuthatch

Robert Havell after John James Audubon, 1831. The Birds of America, no. 105. The retained reference plate is in the public domain.

03 / Records + views

One archive,
several lenses.

Project, observation, photographer, scientist, public, and CV views derive from shared records. Incomplete fields do not render. The public visual system uses only lined-grid and dotted-grid texture language.
